They make great rosé in Provence in their sleep, but rarely at this price. This soft-salmon-pink blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Tibouren is harvested at night to help lock in the luscious fruit of this rosé—one with wafts of raspberry, strawberry, rose petals and little grass. The ever-so-slightly tart body is plush and well rounded. Certified organic with biodynamic practices makes it even more attractive, as does the striking bottle.
