Here’s one that will be unfamiliar to most. A fantastic dry non-vintage style of sherry that’s got piles of depth to it. Years of its initial aging process has imparted notes of yeast, roasted almonds, hazelnuts, caramel and orange rind to this amber 18.5% alc. wonder. Its availability at the LCBO is the only challenge. A super match for a plate of cured meats and cheeses. 91
