Sourced from more than 100 vineyards across Malborough, there’s a tropical melange of passionfruit, gooseberry and sizzling pineapple and a palette-cleansing citrus, but a little time spent sitting on light less has imbued this Sauv Blanc with a degree of texture. Pair this with a cheese platter. Or, like me, enjoy it on its own during a hot summer’s day. —TM
