If you are going to have some fine Bourbon it might as well be at one of the finest Steak Houses in Indianapolis – St. Elmo’s Steak House. Who would have known that I was dining with a Bourbon connoisseur to boot? My friend Pam is just that, and this was not the only one of the night – but certainly the one that stood out.
This particular Bourbon was barrelled just for St. Elmo’s. Selected for them and barrelled only for them.
The finest bourbon comes from a single barrel – never blended with whiskey from another barrel. Bourbon’s peak maturity varies from barrel to barrel. St. Elmo’s Single Barrel comes from only a handful of barrels at the center of Warehouse H that are selected to become Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon. A bouquet and character unrivaled by any other.
