An earthy stew of dark berries in a really well organized, medium-bodied blend that was aged 70% in French oak and 30% in stainless steel. Some pleasant woody flavours and aromas persist through to a lengthy finish that’s mellowed by soft tannins and a hint of chocolate. 89
