I’ve been a fan of this winery’s Y Series Viognier in the past, but this recently released organic version is a step up. A green-tinged straw in colour, this is a meaty 14.5% abv. vegan-friendly white. There’s a floral bouquet of tropical fruits, fennel, jasmine and apricot, but that and its velvety texture bely the acidity and dry nature that lie beneath. Creamy through to its long finish. Ideal with Pad Thai. 89.5
