Discovered this smooth full bodied cab at the recommendation of a fine young server at a fine yet casual restaurant, Chicanes, at Inn on the Lake in Sebring Florida. Had an unbelievable steak which went oh so well with this expressive and bold red and its mix of blackcurrant, black cherry and toasty oak.
