This being one of my favorite cabs, I often like to buy a bunch and put down pairs for consecutive years. The 2015 will be smooth, rich and definitely full bodied. Put some down for a few years and it just gets smoother and more flavourful. Ripe red berries and cocoa provide a succulent finish. Enjoyed with BBQ lamb on Miss Bubbles B-day celebration.
