The Winebars Company (www.winebars.com) announced a Kickstarter campaign on February 11th, to raise $20,000 to launch their unique concept that redefines wine storage. Owner Dan Katcher has designed and created a breakthrough product that stacks, stores and displays wine bottles beautifully anywhere – in a cabinet, on a counter or tabletop and even in the refrigerator.
“Don’t rack, stack!” Winebars elevates the concept of wine storage from a static rack to an elegant portable display that makes wine part of the décor. With a minimalist design Winebars compliment any room. Winebars are bookends for wine – a simple concept, executed beautifully.
Made from solid aluminum and milled to perfection, the sleek design hugs the sides of a wine bottle. Winebars are six inches in length, and come packaged in a set of two, either in a natural silver finish or jet black. Each bar weighs about a half a pound and features a thin rubber pad on the bottom, which keeps bottles secure. Winebars work well on most surfaces including wood block, marble, granite, as well as synthetic materials like Corian.
Winebars keep bottles from rolling around in the refrigerator and get nice and chilly because they are made from solid aluminum. Winebars also work well in cabinets to organize wine. Portable, Winebars will fit easily in a tote bag for picnics or camping.
“We are excited to bring our innovative and elegant concept to the public through our Kickstarter launch. We think there’s a real need for this in the wine accessories and home décor industry,” says Katcher.
