So many are already in my ‘Favorite Places’ list and there is one in a place that I desperately want to get too!

In this list of 10 Top Courses That Opened in 2020, provided by Links Magazine writer Erik Matuszewski, well I happened to visit one of them in Thailand in the fall of 2019.  Although we did not get to play the new Rolling Hills at Sian Country Club, myself and a few other North American media were given a tour and did get to hit shots out of a bunker facing the “Wall of Death.”

When you get your chance to visit Branson, Missouri you will find out why it will always be one of your favorite places in America.  I have yet to play the course named in honor of my late hero Payne Stewart, but have played almost everything else in a place that is labelled as America’s Next Great Golf Destination.  In my mind it has ARRIVED!

Los Cabos, Mexico – just wrote last month about their new courses.  Best golf destination in the America’s, one of the safest and it only keeps getting better.

WOW, even Canada made the list with Lefty Phil teaming up with Rick Smith to create Mickelson National in the rolling foothills just west of Calgary.  Hmmm… I’ve never played golf in Calgary or anywhere in Alberta for that matter.

Where am I dying to get to??  Well England, Ireland and Scotland I am well overdue…if anyone is listening. BUT Utah is on my mind with its mind blowing visuals of Red Rock.  Time to go West young man!
